Don't forget...July 11th is free Slurpee day! There is one 7-11 in Boulder. We will find it.

Movie time

So we're going to have to have a movie night sometime before we leave for this road trip of ours. Here are your viewing choices...to represent general road trip movies we have Thelma and Louise or perhaps Little Miss Sunshine. For Seattle movies, we can go with the old standard Sleepless in Seattle or that early 90s Seattle grunge scene classic Singles. Then for Montana movies, I think the only possibility is going to be A River Runs Through It. If you want to look into Idaho, Oregon, and Wyoming movies, go for it. I thought these might be enough though.

Something new

So I added a new element to our page. It's called Things We Want to See and it's located on the right hand side over there. Feel free to add to it. Just Holly can add to it. Not random people. Because random people aren't on the trip with us, and it's what we want to see while on the trip. Maybe I'll add to it later when I think of more stuff.

Costco Round One

There isn't a Costco exactly in Boulder,  but it looks like there's one within 10 minutes. And it might actually be in the direction of that car rental place we might be using. We'll have to look into it. Maybe we would want to stock up on some things for the trip at Costco. Now if only they had powdered Propel packets and Harvest Grains or whatever they're called granola bars there.

The muddiest buddy I know

I'm confident that should we encounter a situation on the trip this summer in which we would need to escape some dangerous scenario by running and biking alternating segments of our 6-7 mile-long escape route, then crawl face down through a mud pit, I think we would do just fine. It's just comforting to know that.
